Welcome to my rendition of Conway's Game of Life!
Conway's Game of Life is a simple zero player game. What that means is that once the game starts, there is no input from players and there are no winners or losers. The game is set on a grid of living and dead cells which operate on three very simple rules!
1. Any cell that is alive and has two or three live neighbors will remain alive
2. Any cell that is alive and has less than two or more than three live neighbors will die
3. Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbors will come to life
Based on these three rules alone, players have created incredible things within the game ranging form spaceships, to guns, to simulated computers!
In the hamburger menu on the top left side of the sceen, I have provided some prebuilt games utilizing some of the most common creations within the game of life, but you can feel free to create whatever you want as well. Simply click on live cells to kill them or on dead cell to bring them to life, then click the play button to see what happens!
